Really? Here in Argentina Canon is way cheaper than Nikon.
And Nikon is the best I believe. I'm a huge Nikon fan.

It depends on the user but as for me, I prefer Nikon because it is user-friendly and its lens are cheaper compare to Canon's. Well, as on my point of view.

wow.! really? so.. Nikon is more affordable than canon?
i see. no wonder so many people are using nikon than canon.
but. the lens are cheaper?how bout the body?
Im planning to buy EOS 550D but it cost $800 + the lens 17-85mm $600
*sigh. i cant have them both.

Have you get the Conon 550D ,Recently I aslo focus on this DSLR
but it;s expensive in China too,so I'm waiting for the price would comes down in couple weeks or months,in that time ,i w'll get it....

For me I perfer the Canon EOS BUT it depends on what you are used to and how you are going to use the camera. Research each camera and think about how you plan to use the camera. It is like buying a car do you buy a Ford or Chevy both are goo it just depends on what you like.

oh. yes. Im a canon user. and i love the EOS specially the new release canon 550D
love the HD video. but unfortunately i dont have the money to buy them. so expensive here in the phils. Im looking for cheaper one thru the internet.
if its ok. can you give me some advises about EOS?
coz im still a beginner. :)thanks!

I like Nikon better, I actually have a Nikon D90 and I love it.
But if you're a Canon user... then stick with Canon, you'll feel more comfortable with the menu and using the camera features.
