Task can be made once you reach 10$ in mylot before that you cant create any task in my lot till now. Once you reach 10$ you can create task .

You do not have to earn anything at all here before you can create a task 
Indeed many of the users open an account and ONLY post tasks and never appear in the discussion area at all.
The money in your task funds comes directly from your Paypal account not from your earnings here.

Please read them carefully and be aware that sign-up tasks are not allowed and are deleted by admin.
You will first have to add money to your tasks fund from your Paypal account.
