I got a job but the problem is I can't wake up even though I sleep early.
Even though I wake up early, I will go back to sleep 2-3 hours later.
How do I manage my depression?

Initially after starting the job, it is going to be difficult for you, I will acknowledge that fact. However, after you get used to the routine of the job, it will get easier for you to deal with and you will probably find that you enjoy and look forward to it. By having something that you have to do with your day, you will also find that the depresson that you've been experiencing will be kept at bay. In addition to that, if you can incorporate some physical activity into your life, it will probably help you some as well.
Go for it and good luck.

Well i think that if you don manage to get another job soon you might have to change your sleep pattern one has to change it anyway,
unless you open your own buisness you will have to by teh rules of the people you work under...

Well one idea is to go for a nightfill job, but make sure it's not too late so it doesn't ruin your sleep pattern even more.
Other solutions could be physical exercise, which would give you increased energy, confidence and self esteem which all work together to reduce things like depression.
Start playing a sport that you're interested in, that's usually a good way to do physical exercise.
