1. Eat a good breakfast
2. Dont over eat keep your portions small.
3. Lay off the soda and candy.
4. Eat lean meats.
5. Exercise
In my opinion its pretty much common sence. Dont over eat, exercise, and lay down the soda. That is the main reason for weight gain which can lead to Diabetes.
