I personally thinking if the modern cell phone is far away from the essence of a telecommunication gadget. As we all can see and find in the market, the latest model of cell phone have almost look like a computer gadget features. I think one day there will be a cell phone with completely same as a computer's features. What do you think about a modern cell phone? Do you think if it will still worth for us to buy a modern cell phone instead of keep using our old cell phone and buying a laptop computer only? Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

I think we can say it as the mobile goes to computer. We often hear about mobile computing. People usually referring such mobile computing with a notebook computer. But in my own opinion, computing itself is not always mean to a computer. I believe that we can also do some computer works by using our mobile phones. The only required thing is a smartphone with the latest technologies inside. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Computer-like cell phones already exist. The common name for them is "smart phones". So we've already reached that stage. And, as technology advances, so will the capabilities of cell phones in general. Though with some phones I don't see how it can become anymore "smart".

If I already had great PC, I just buy the low end one. the most important a cellphone for me is communicating and sending message. then the other , it easier if i did it on my PC.

I just bought a new cell phone, which is a smart phone. It does basically everything my laptop can do with some limitations. I can't play games online wiht it, but then I don't do that nnyway. I can watch streaming videos on it, and I was hoping I could. It has a flash player in it, but no java. It is a very good phone over all, and I do intend to use it for as long as it will last, as I paid a fortune for it, so I do want to take cate of it. I even have a screen saver on it to protect the screen. the phone is a Samsung Omnia 2, which is a very nice phone, and I am glad that I bought it. I consider it very modern as it is a windows mobile phone, which I like too. Take care, and have a good day.
