For classmates,friendship is the common feeling. But if two classmates change their friendship to love, is it weird?

Yes it is weird.
But if it is something that you can't hide (I mean the feelings toward your friend) then, letting that person know how you feel is the most important thing to do.
It is weird and awkward at times but a good relationship starts with friendship.

Thank you for your response, danitykane. Sometimes we really may have some specially feelings with our friends and I think it is pretty bad if you can't say it out, and i have such a sad experience. It's really not good.
