This lady has changed her habit of how she lists her names on her mobile phone after her handbag was stolen. Her handbag which contained her mobile, credit card, purse, etc was stolen. 20 minutes later when she called her Husband, from a pay phone telling him what had happened, hubby says "I've Just received your text asking about our Pin number and I've replied a little while ago."When they rushed down to the bank, When they rushed down to the bank, money was already withdrawn. The pickpocket had actually used the stolen hand phone to text "hubby" in the contact list and got hold of the pin number. Within 20 minutes he had withdrawn all the money from the bank account.

Now that is a bad one. Damn thieves. Don't they have anything else to do in life, than steal and irritate everybody. Luckily no thief will figure out my namelist. TATA.

It is an eye opener for all of us, how contact list in our mobile phone could be misused by swindlers. We should be careful while saving names in our phone book. Thanks for bringing this useful information through an example.

That is pretty sad that that happened. It is a shame that even having a cell phone can be bad especially when you lose it and someone gets a hold of it to find out information on you. Fortunately for me, I live alone, so no one would be able to get my pin nbumber from anyone, as no one in my names list don't know my pin number. I try to make sure that my purse doesn't get stolen as I keep it on me at all times. I know that it can happen, as I am aware of the, but I have never had that problem even once. I am glad for that, too. I hope it never does happen either. Take care, ahd happy mylotting.
