Do you think if we walk everyday we can loose weight? It is supposed to help you loose weight? and does it help you to walk if you have high blood pressure?

for me walking for 30 mins to 1 hour a day is very good for me especially that I am always sitting on my desk. I have noticed the change in my movements when I started walking each day. My knees and the other parts of my body are now flexible. My moods are always happy and I don't feel so tired at the end of each day. That is why, I look forward to my walking sessions every morning.

I try to walk as much as I can but it hard because it seems like I don't have very much time anymore to do many things because of my job now but I try to walk and exercise every chance I get. Anyway have a good day!!

Yes, walking can definitely help you loose weight. Walking is good form of exercise and a healthy habit to get into. It can help with high blood pressure, along with some of the things previously mentioned like breathing techniques and diet and exercise.

I think with brisk walking a person can lose weight if they work in conjunction with a healthy diet. For example a person could go on thirty minutes of fast walking every day. A sensible diet and relaxation techniques might help high blood pressure. Removing as much stress as possible will lower blood pressure. When I cycled twelve miles from Monday to Friday each week I lost weight.
