Are you on Facebook? What part of the site do you like best? Finding old friends? The games? The causes? I actually enjoy alittle of all of these. And that there always seems to be something new and interesting going on. What else do you find exceptional about the site?

Hi celtic. I am on facebook and it really helped me a lot find friends and classmates from elementary. I kind of got addicted to some of the games on facebook as well, it's also a way for me to interact with my friends through gaming. Facebook for me didn't fail on all of it. They provided good service :)

Hello there. You said FB didn't fail on all of it. SO it did fail you in some way? I enjoy all you mentioned as well. I think they do provide a good service too.

In some way, it did. Like the time they upgraded i think and did some minor changes which they launched and still got a little glitch on them. They're not really major problems but i think because of my addiction I felt that way.

I like the simple layout and its popularity helps me connect with more people. Its more difficult to find people who aren't on facebook then there are finding those that are. When I looked up my school for example I saw just about everyone from my graduating class and then some. Imagine what I would find otherwise?

I think the whole site is exceptional and unique. it provides multiple things like getting in touch with your old friends, seeing their photos and even chat...the games and applications are a vast variety of entertainment and finally the thing I like the most is the simplicity - you can easily undestand how to rwrite a comment, tag yourself in a photo, start a discussion, protect your personal information and etc.

facebook is so big that i think one day they could have their own brand of operating system for their own computer (or at least netbook). i used to be so into fb and spend hours playing games. then there was a flood of games and quizzes and invitations and every single rediculous thing. that just kind of annoyed me. but i still use fb now i removed all the games and quizzes and strangers that i never met or chat, and use fb as a proper networking site. i would login, check messeges, read updates, pm friends and logout. 30 mins a day probably. maybe less

Hello celticeagle. Good question ;) Ironically and in contrast with the majority of my friends who are so hooked on Facebook, I also got hooked in Facebook when I first signed up last year but within a few months I lost interest in it. Well yes, I check my Facebook from time to time; only to see the notifications and play Sorority Life if I'm bored. Plus I just got tired with all those "pillow thing" and spam messages posted on my wall. I think Facebook has become so tiring so eventually it became "just okay" for me. :) On the other hand, I became addicted with another social networking site (Twitter). I love its simplicity and the features that fits my lifestyle. Since I'm always on the go and I always have something in mind, I can easily post status updates on my Twitter wherever I am through my mobile phone, just to feed my need to "say something". ;) It's the most simple SNS (social networking site) ever, and I actually gained a few friends because of the site. ;) Plus I can also post photos from my phone wherever I am so I really love the features that I'm getting hooked into it. Anyway I think it still depends on one's lifestyle. Well for me I'm not really into those games so I'm more on Twitter.

I see. Interesting how different people are. I became a member of FB a couple of years ago to keep in contact with my granddaughter. I rarely visited it but shortly to check emails. Now I find that several friends I have made on here were on there so I went on more to find them and BS. Now I am addicted in the late hours with the games. I think Twitter is cool also.

i am also into facebook for i guess a year now. but it never gives back more of what i am looking for in a site. maybe, i was hooked with the games before and uploading photos. but what i am looking is a site that will have something like a return of investment, like mylot. mylot thus needs concentration, focus to be able to earn. if we work, we earn, if no work, no earnings. if you want to earn more, work more. but in facebook, even if you spend the whole uploading photos, playing games and searching friends, there is nothing that you will look forward at the end of the month. i am still on facebook and will not give up my account. but i spend more time here than any other sites.

I am on facebook. I don't really like the games because I don't log on often enough. I really like being able to connect with my family members that live far away. I have a 6 month old son and it's really neat for his Uncles, Aunts and cousins that live across the county to be able to see pictures and keep in contact with us as he grows up. It was also cool to reconnect with some of the people I went to high school and college with.

I think facebook is brilliant, however i rarely use the games and these new pages where you have to become a fan to see stuff are getting annoying, especially when they ask you to complete an offer to see the image. Facebook is a great place to talk to my friends and i have found many friends that otherwise i would have no chance of staying in touch with :)

Yes I am on FB and like some but not all the games, Some games I tried and they just are not for me. I like connecting to family and friends and extended family and making new friends. There are groups and I own about 5 groups. I like the notes too at times and photos we can post. Over all it is a good site but there are problems with some things at times.

I don't like all the games either. I am meeting up with some people from other sites. I tried to find some old friends but couldn't connect.

Well, I initially joined Facebook because all my friends were on it. So I though that I would give it a try. From then until now, I still think that the site is pretty much useless for me. I don't take a lot of pictures, I think the groups are useless and the only thing I do is play the games. I play them when I'm bored and my mom don't let me play my PS3. I play games with my friends to compete for the better score. That's all I do on facebook because I think that everything else is a waste of time. But then, I might change my mind if I find out more about this site.
