bux.ee is surely scamming people now!

Hello my friends!
I logged in today on bux.ee and I was getting a message that they deleted paypal as a payout option! After about week I logged in today first, so I don't know how old this message is... I realised, that all the ads worth 1 cent and there's around 20 ads today! Do you all think that Bux.ee still a good and legit earning site? Or am I right that they should be discussed about as a scam? I think no site will pay you a cent for a single click if they giving you more than 4 ads! If they continue paying like this, they will have insufficient funds as soon as they really pay their members! Oh, one thing to mention: is it true that they are only paying members who order an upgraded membership? If it's true, than the site is surely a scam now, I mean, if you have to pay to get paid...
It's so sad cuz I got paid around 4 dollars from the site, but I'm pretty sure that they won't pay me a single cent again! I suggest you all to work only on legit and surely paying sites that are online for many years now! Like Neobux f.e.! You won't get rich with that site, but they ARE PAYING! And I think it's the most important thing by any PTC site, no matter how much they pay!

yes, but who cares now, friend? it's surely a scam site so don't waste your time asking questions from people who wants to con you!

Yeh i have recently stopped using bux.ee after all the changes. I don't use any other paying methods so the fact that they stopped paypal pretty much ended it for me. However i was angry that they moved all my earnings into a seperate account where i can only use it to buy refs and also you can't cashout unless you upgrade
