Hey friends,
I have a friend who is in lots of trouble lately. This guy has taken a bank some time ago and is now unable to pay the monthly installments. His job is also very in secured, as we all know economy isn't in the best of shape all over the world. He lives with his father and there is no one else in his family. His father is above 60 and needs medical attention time to time.
Now the interesting thing is this guy's father owns a huge piece of land in their native place and if they sell this land they are multi millionaires! Even his next generation will be able to live a affluent life with that kind of money. But his father is not ready to sell it and my friend is in dual mind
Their forefathers inherit this piece of land to them and they don’t even grow anything on it. It’s a fertile land and surely it’s kept unused for years.
His father believes both he and his son have no right to sell it and is should be passed on to the next generations.
Now my question to you all is that are they practical to have this kind of sentiment?
Honestly this guy is in under lots of pressure and stress. He asked for my advice and I said well I was in you place, I would have seriously thought about giving the land to some one for a lease if not sell it entirely!
Friends what advice would u give, if a friend of yours is in such difficulty?
Cheers,
Tutul

For god sake, the father is 60 and he's already worrying about what
he'll inherent. I don't have the slightest idea.

Hey,
His father already owns this land and he is reluctant to sell it to solve their miseries. Thats all.
My friend that is his son is in double mind. I guess better sense prevails and they do something with that land than keeping it just like that.
Cheers,
