WOW! Huge picture. Huge file size. I don't know what kind of internet connection you are using but even if it's a fast one, a 2527x2437 photo is larger than most people have their computer resolutions set at. Make it smaller. I usually downsize my pictures to about 400x300 for uploading to the web. If it's an avatar for your profile, make it even smaller. My current picture on my profile is 84x101, 17.6 KB. It uploaded in no time at all. Perfect size for profile picture.
Also in the Photo FAQs, myLot says you can upload a photo up to 5 MB, but myLot will compress the file to 256 KB and if the compression fails, the upload will fail too. Better to downsize your photo to 256 KB first.

Thank you, I've managed to upload it while keeping the same resolution, I want the picture to be big because I like high quality photos :)

I am glad you were finally successful in getting your photo uploaded, silverjapan. I can appreciate you wanting a high quality photo, but...alas...myLot is going to compress it down to 256 KB anyway which will be about an 1024x768 resolution. (That's why I suggested you downsize it to that first before uploading.) Many people have their computer screen resolutions set at 800x600 which makes viewing large photo files difficult. One must scroll to see the whole image.
A tip to keep in mind -- the higher MP or resolutions is for printing quality, not for viewing on a computer screen. A 1024x768 is a high quality photo for computer.
I admit that I overly downsize my photos for the web, but that's also for my own copyright protection. No one will steal my photos off the web and try to print them for their own use because the quality will definitely suffer.

Hmm I can see your point now, but if there is a person in the photo no one can steal your photo, because it's a serious crime to post photos of people without model release, it's breaking the intimacy rights, that's why I'm comfortable posting any size of such picture, since I have model release.
