Carrots, whole milk, whole eggs are rich in Vitamin A. Having these foods in the right quantity help in maintaining the needed vitamins. Though a lots of those is needed to have a healthy eye sight (in the sense, if you are taking just these foods), they are rich source of such vitamins and having them in daily diet is always helpful in getting the necessary quantity.

I've been heard they help, but of my personal experience - they don't. And also it's not good to eat too much carrots. The best for your body to assimilate the vitamin in them is to eat them grated with little olive oil and no salt or other indegrides.
Also the said parsley is good for the eyes.

Well i dont think carrot juice can help minus. I would say to safe your health. Dont read at dim lights, stay away from tv atleast 10meters away. Eat fresh carrots daily and spinach rich in vit A. And also wash your eyes in water. Try to use lcd systems.
