High PR forums, where to find them?

Do you know any high pr dofollow forum? I'm looking for dofollow forums, allowing members to put signature, a tool getting more traffic to one's blog or website. I've read a lot of information, still I want to ask more opinion before signing up.

What sort of forums are you looking for? Ideally they should be related to your website, so if your website is about dogs, you really need to find a dog related forum. Many forums are now no-follow because of too many people spamming the forums.

I forgot to mention that my blog is somewhat a personal diary and things I'm interested to write about. Most of the forum that I've found deals with technology and for webmaster or writer or for dog lover.
