Is there any time when a person has the great means to think clearly? A time were a person can do thinking a lot more better for any solution.

Mornings for me, unfortunately not convenient as I'm usually out about (even now in the morning, I am rushing to finish this to catch the bus) Yes, most of my posts here are when it is late and I am tired. Not my superior self.
Also note how sugar or caffeine affects you. Both also degrade my quality.

Accessing the hours throughout a full day, I find that the best time for myself to be able to think, clearly and with precision is early morning hours. It is quiet at that time for me. I find that the stillness helps as well. Nothing able to distract me. No phone ringing or door bells going.
I find this is the best time to think clearly, rather than quiet evening hours. The reason being is that I tend to rise quite early, so when evening rolls in, I am too tired by that time, to think clearly enough to actually accomplish anything worthwhile. Whereas, first thing in the morning, I am fresh from a good nights sleep.
I am most productive in the early morning hours. How about you?
That may be the best time for you to think as well!

I think the best time to think is during midnight when all the people around you are already asleep. There's silence and no interference. And a cup of coffee will also help so you will not fall asleep too. :)
