Videos that surprise and scare...

Have you ever received an e-mail, saw on YouTube, or saw on Facebook videos that seem to be okay. The environment and what you see is normal. But then, all of a sudden, they put zombies or scary pics in a flash by the end of the video along with really loud sounds?
Some few years back, I saw the video with two cars from a distance, on the very beautiful forest-river scenery when all of a sudden, a zombie comes from the right side and the sound was so loud. I've also seen the gif (is it?) or powerpoint presentation with the room that tells you to look at the door at the top left then they made a ghost come out of there and go swiftly into your face?
I notice that there are so many videos of this kind. Sometimes, I get a phobia of trying to play suspicious videos. I scroll down the screen and leave like 1/10 of the video screen within the window and play the video with no sounds. I do this at suspicious videos and 3 of them were "surprising videos"
Of course, these videos are mainly for fun and to scare the heck out of a person. (But it's not funny on the receiving side!) There are even misleading titles and descriptions within the video. But sometimes, it would be bad for other people especially those with heart or nervous conditions or just the weak of heart.
It was really funny seeing those but as time goes on, I think there's already too much of it and it's getting annoying. How about you? What do you think about these kind of videos?

I remember receiving this kind of email before. I even got a link on a site that will let you watch a very nice video and in the end will scare you. I can just remember how shock I am to see the ending of the video. I got a scared almost screamed. But after realizing that it is just a video, I laugh at myself. . And I would forward the message to the people I know that would make fun out of themselves after realizing they got scared of the video, but I don't forward that to people I know will have a heart attack or would just be annoyed. But lately, I don't open much on the forwarded email, I just let it sit on my inbox. I think it's just a waste of my time to read chain letters, or watch useless videos.
The sender of this videos should also be responsible enough to think what kind of person will receive this kind of video. And yeah, you are right, it would be annoying to receive lots of videos like that.

When we first see these kinds of videos, they really are funny. But as time goes by, they sure become just a waste of time when there's so many of them. And yes, we should take note as to whom we will send the videos especially if some of our friends are prone to heart attack or they would easily get really irritated if they receive these kinds of forwarded e-mail.

I think that it is a bit annoying, but funny at the same time. When there really is a person that has a heart problem then it won't be funny anymore. . . Usually, in a suspicious video on YouTube, I just scroll down and look at the comments. Usually the comments say if it is a scary one or not.

Yes, that's another good way to deal with it. Look at the comments! It's funny because sometimes there are comments using curse words at the video poster

LOL there used to be alot of those vids around. they were pretty funny. but some are just annoying because the sound when they try to scare you was just too loud. the lame joke and childish attempt to scare people is not annoying at all but the loud sound they used could make me deaf. especially when i am using headphones.
good thing that these video pranks have evolved into much less painful form (but still annoying) such as rickrolling

Ooh, that would really be annoying since you are using earphones. The worst thing I've experienced on speakers is that when it's midnight and everyone is already sleeping
Yeah, at least it turned to something different like Rickrolling.
