I am still adjusting the hours

On Saturday, we just have new hours, which mean we lost one hour sleep, and I have to get up really early in the morning. I just couldn't adjust it right now. This morning, after my alarm clock woke me up, I still felt so sleepy. I couldn't help it, I must have a cup of coffee before I went to work. I guess a cup of coffee won't help, and I took a nap at lunch time. After work, I still felt so drowsy. I might need a day or two to adjust this new hour.

Losing an hour always is a bummer, its better if we gain some hours. I also have trouble waking up in the morning and have to wake up fairly early, and it killed me to wake up on Monday after my weekend was over. Taking a day off just to relax and catch up on that sleep or even just getting in bed slightly earlier may fix that. Eventually you will get use to it though.
