I wonder what percentage of the earth gets snow

I was thinking while in a discussion.... What percentage of the earth gets snow fall? Does a greater percentage receive snow or not receive snow. I think that a greater percentage does not receive snow in the year. What do you think? the ak man

I don't really have any idea but I really wish that there will be snow here in the Philippines. It's really hot and I haven't experience snow ever since I was a little kid.

Is it really hot all year long in the Philippines? I do not know if I would like that so much. Heres to some relief for you!
