At times situation make one to murder or kill a person. May be one could kill other for self defense, in accident while driving, may be due to revenge, uncontrollable anger or any other reasons. Further to surrender or not to surrender to law is according one’s decision as long as not caught by the police. How about you will you surrender or do necessary steps to get out of that crime.

Hi Shawmrock, Once i get back to my sanity i will call a lawyer, go to church and seek spiritual counseling and after that i will surrender myself to the law for proper handling of my case. i will not hide. i will continue the fight with humility. i know justice will be served.

Hi sham, The situation is beyond imagination and I really pray that that kind of situation never happens in anybody’s life. Killing a person, intentionally or vice versa will affect very badly in our mind. Since we can’t undo the mistake, getting a punishment from Law won’t pacify our mind and I don’t know how I can come out of that situation. Surrendering under the Law is the minimum justice I can do towards my mind.

I think that I would go to the police and tell them, if I accidentally murdered or killed someone. I think that it would be better to do so, if I came out with it and explained my situation. I'd still be scared of going on trial and everything, but I think that it would be better if I came out and told the police rather than wait and not say a thing.

Oooh, this is a tough decision. I think it would depend on the situation. If I accidentally killed a person because of self defense, or maybe accident on the road,( as long as I am not drunk ), then I would certainly go to the police station and report what happened. I will prove to them that I am not guilty, because if I am guilty I would not turn myself in. I do hope they will give justice fair, and make sure they will do their investigation properly. But if it is for any other reason, or if it is planned that I killed somebody because of revenge, then I would think twice. Since in the first place I planned the murder, so why turn myself in, right? it would just be insane. The moment, I thought of the crazy idea of getting revenge, I would go to a counselor immediately, and no longer have to wait to make a mistake. Now, I really wish that this thing won't happen. I hope this will just end in the discussion and will not exist in real life. Because it would be really, really hard that you see your family suffer because of the accident or wrong doings.

my opinion is it depends on the situation, if we doing wrong we have to surrender to law if you not doing this just make worse the situation, but if you doing for self defense you have to do more step to prove that you are not guilty or minimal you have to show your self that you doing that for your self defense just like some criminal person want to take your money and using knife to push to give them some money, but you reject it and try to fight with them, and they are die because you try to do some self defense..I think that's fine, and also you can prove it, so the law will let you go..it easy right ?

and yes i will and face the law. I will explain why i have committed that murder..and it was not been done on mind, it was just accidentally happen. , I think that the best thing to do if a person accidentally murder and kill a person she/he should surrender himself so that the problem won't worsen and she/he testify the truth and nothing but the truth alone.

If i accidentally killed someone yes i will surrender and will face my day in court. I dont like the thought of hiding because if you hide that means in a way your guilty of the said action. Now if its an accident then so be it i wil face every charges that might be given to me. Sad but thats how life works if its not you then prove it to everybody else. Nothing will be solved if you will hide from everybody else ;)
