How many hours do you need in one day?

Will you be alright with just 4 hours of sleeping? Or are you indicating that what if our body just needs 4 hours of sleep to be fully charged for the 20 hours wake time? Because right now, I usually get 4-6 hours of sleep daily. Why? Too many things to do with so little time. But I kinda like your concept as well. Short rest and longer wake time to do all those stuffs.. this is if the premise of our body just need that - 4 hours of sleep time. hehe

I think I would like 28. I need more sleep than you do. 4 hours just wouldn't cut it, but 20 hours awake would be really nice. I would spend more time with my husband. Right now we work opposite shifts so it would be nice to see each other more.

im gonna go for 28 hours a day. i ll be sleeping for 10 hours, working for 8 hours, and the remaining 10 hours i ll use for recreational activities or hobbies.

hmm this is a good topic. i would assign around 30 or more hours a day. why? i feel that man deserves more quality time with their family after work without sacrificng their health and their jobs. we can still sleep for about 8 hours a day. work for 8-10 hours a day. and we have a luxury of 10+ hours of spening quality time with our loved ones. this is my opinion of course. :)
