So, going to London has been a lifelong dream of mine and back in February, I FINALLY got to go! And it was AMAZING! I loved it and didn't want to leave. I want to go back so bad. I went to Buckingham Palace and missed out on the changing of the guard, but I did see... THE QUEEN!!! That kinda makes up for it because how many people can say they got to see the Queen?? I'd still love to see the changing of the guard, though. I saw a lot while I was there, but I still missed out on a few things which kind of gives me an excuse to go back. LOL I guess we'll have to wait and see what the future holds. I hope to go back someday!

Wow, that is really good for you! never been outside of the country. I think I should follow up my passport. Never had experienced that. I'm happy for you that you were able to see all of it.

Yeah, I've never been out of the country myself until I went to Canada this past July (2009). It hardly felt like I was out of the country when I was there, though (I'm from the US). I had just barely gotten my passport for the first time then, too. I love having it because it means I can go virtually anywhere! LOL

No, I was home and back from London when I started this discussion. I didn't get to MEET the Queen, I just saw her pull out in a car and be driven off somewhere. So it was a quick flash, but it was still pretty cool. I doubt you'll be able to meet her, but I suppose it's worth a try?

That's awesome! It's pretty expensive to live there though, right?

Oh, it took me YEARS to save up for this. I'd try putting a little money aside when I felt I could and that's what did it. Boy, am I glad I did that and would suggest you do the same, if you can. It's definitely worth it.
