grrrr!!! since my shift these week is 11pm to 7am, so in the middle of the shift we feel sleepy and i dont like feeling. its like you are depriving yourself in sleeping since thats should be the right time to sleep, but then we are working. so during day time we have to sleep so that we are full battery during our shift, however during day time its really different to sleep during day time than to night time.
are you guys noticed that one also or experiencing the same thing im experiencing right now? feel free to share here. thanks happy mylotting.

NOt to me though.. I'm a sleeper, or rather someone fond of sleeping.. THus whatever time is given to me, i will be able to sleep soundly for sure, even though the weather is hot.. haha =D
And once i'm tired, i will sleep for sure, regardless of the time.. If not, my body wont be able to take it, and i will collapse soon.. hehe ^_^
Just like in the past, when i have to be on duty for 24hrs, and my sleep only comes on the next morning.. hehe

i had also experience working in graveyard shift before. and that really makes a lot of difference in sleeping pattern. of course, night time sleep is a lot different compared to day time. most people are at sleep at night and at day, they work and kids also play and that is why, the silence is hard to get and you will not sleep well at day time. unless you are living in a condominium, i think you will get good sleeps there, whatever the time is.

Once upon a time, I've had the experience of working the graveyard shift. It was doubly difficult because it was summer time and we lived on the topmost of an apartment building. It was pretty hot! Aside from that, I had to babysit my son, while I tried to sleep. I would get like 20 and 30 minute sleep intervals during the day. It was really hard! I just made up for it during weekends.

Well thats hold truth. I had night shift and the one i found rather difficult was the sleeping. Though i was tired after the shift, but i couldnt sleep as enough and comfortably at day times. Lots of disturbances and also the sleeping soul is not ready to take a nap. I hate those shifts and happy am back to day timings!

Working on shifts usually will upset our sleeping time. We need to get adjusted to the new sleeping schedule. Day or night I don't sleep much nowadays. But if I continuously sleep late, a day will come when I feel very sleepy during the day. I just take a few minutes of nap in the afternoon and it will recharge me again.
