Hi ErrollLeVant..No, its absolutely no bother at all yet wait and see how many people fail to fill it out. People must realize how important it is to stand up and be counted. The Government is not doing this to probe into your business, they do it so that they know what is going to be required in many many areas to better serve the public..If they don't know you are there, they can't help you..Hoping everyone does their part and sends it back..HAPPY ST PATRICKS DAY!!! I agree, the short census form is not too intrusive and it doesn't take much time to fill out. I do have a problem with the survey the Census Bureau is also sending out to some folks that asks for a lot of personal, private information though.

I had heard that I should expect more probing questions, and was prepared to resist.

They weren't too nosey this time around. It is important to count everyone even though people get defensive for no reason.

No it really is no bog deal. However it is the law that you must participate. It is in our Constitution to conduct a full census every ten years. It is when they get stupid in their questions. This year is not too bad. All they really need to know is how many people and ages. Thats pretty much all that was asked this time.!

I was expecting a lot more intrusive questions, so I was satisfied with having to only give what the Constitution requires.

I got my form in the mail as well this past monday and filled it out within ten minutes, then I took it and sent it back to them. Now I hear about this additional census form sent to a random 3 million households in addition to the form sent you. I haven't received that but I did do my part.

I have not seen one of the rendom forms yet, but from what I hear they are more probing and not required by the constitution. Maybe Big Brother is needing more explicit details on some of us!

To be honest, I didn't know anything about an extra form until another MyLotter made a discussion of the subject; That's how I learned about the situation, through them. I was a bit surprised about it but I guess they want to know how many Americans are working as opposed to those who aren't.
