My Sister celebrated her 87th birthday yesterday.

Many of my friends will remember my discussions about my sister last summer and Fall. She was very ill, in fact the doctors did not expect her to live. At the time she surprised everyone by getting well enough to return home but had to be admitted to the hospital several more times because the same illness kept returning. Now she has been off all medication for about three months and she is her old self again, full of life and energy. She is also the happiest person I know full of gratitude that she is healthy again. When she was very ill last summer, she was quiet content to accept that her life here was over and had no fear of death. Yesterday she celebrated her 87th birthday with family and friends happy that she has been given some extra time and good health.

Hello Pose. I am glad that your sister enjoyed her 87th birthday a few days ago. Will you please say Happy Birthday to her for me with thanks? I am very glad that she enjoys her longevity. My father is eighty four years old and he is enjoying his life and good health together with my mother. All the best to you and your family, Pose.

Belated Happy Birthday and Congratulations to your sister. It is a very good news to hear that your sister is very much healthy now as compared last summer. It is truly a blessing that she is now healed from her illness. I hope she will be more better than usual. I wish you both good health.

I am happy for her sister's birthday and you can celebrate family. I have no brothers, but each new friend is "adopted" as a brother. Whether that her sister talking about here shows how much you love her. It's beatiful to see that your part.

Yes I remember, I believe I said to have failth and would add her to my prayers at night. Some times it just takes a bit of faith to make things go right. I am so glad that she is doing well and tell her I said HAPPY BIRTHDAY, I should hope to come any where close to that age. Enjoy her while you can, and help her to stay healthy and happy.

Congratulations to your sister on her good health and long life!
My sister at 73, is a retired Professor at the University of BC in Victoria. She is still involved with the University and travels world-wide speaking, and writing as well. She is very healthy, mostly I expect, because she has no time to be ill.
