First and foremost you have to practice or rehearse. This will make you familiar with your presentation. You shouldn't read from your notes because if you are just there reading that will make your presentation boring. You should be familiar with your subject, give examples that supports your explanations. I also recommend to use visual aids such as PowerPoint which will be your outline for your presentation. If there's no computer you can use charts, illustration boards or pictures. Lastly you have to prepare questions for them and respond to their questions if there is any.

I'm assuming this is a powerpoint presentation.
A good presenter would:
-keep eye contact with a large proportion of the audience when he speaks
-have a good flow of ideas when presenting
-keep a list of the bare minimum of opints he has to present under all costs
-keep within the time limit
-give examples to make sure his audience understands
-doesn't keep his hands behind him
-keep the bare minimum of points in his slides
-doesn't read-off from the slides if its aviodable
-keeps his slides with inteactive figues and diagrams taht can support his ideas
-can think dynamically and get feedback based on the expressions
-never say "err" - a silence or pause is much better
-not talk very fast
hope this helped. happy mylotting and good luck.
