I'm am running for a while covered in thrash bags [under my normal running clothing] for sweating more and it works, but it got my thinking...Is this safe? I mean I may be sweating like a pig but does it have any negative influence over my skin or any other health aspects?

why do you want to make yourself sweat more, is it for weight loss?
I think you would want to keep yourself hydrated and not try to sweat off the weight. Sweat is a natural way of your body to try to cool itself. You wrap yourself in plastic and hold that heat in and that moisture against your skin defeating your bodies natural need to cool itself. I would think not good. I am no medical professional or anything but let your body work its natural way and lose weight the healthy way, with a healthy diet and exercise.

I can always take the plastic off if I feel restraint. Pretty good feeling when you take it off and you look like you fainted in the sauna for a couple of hours..Still it has exactly the same effects as the sauna.
The food is beyond my control, I only eat what my parents give me and I will not take any special diet because I want my growth to be balanced.[Still I am almost 17 years old and I have 1,87 m height]
I only do this to get thinner [6 packs abs] and maximize muscular mass. I have been doing some research and this plastic wrapping works pretty good and as you said it might have it risks...
