How can you treat insomnia very well?

Recently,i almost insomnia every night. The next morning,i have to get up early,because i must to go to school.i don't know what i should do to overcome it .
If you have some ideas,please tell me.i specially want to have a good sleep.

Well, you could try this:
Try not sleeping until the following day and just do your routine and by the next night you'd probably be so sleepy and tired early that you'll just go to sleep on time, that way you have started to set your body clock to adjust it's sleeping time. It works for me, I just hope it will too for you.

LOL,it is a little crazy.if i don't sleep the first , the next day i will not pay attention to study or work.Maybe ,i can try it in weekend.

I, too sometimes have insomniac moments and it is really hard, most especially if you want to rest. What I would usually do is read a book that is really boring or watch a movie that always puts you to sleep. You can also try drinking a warm glass of milk and make yourself comfortable in bed. I am not sure if you have already tried this but I hope it works and good luck!

Hmmm... I have been through this for years. There is only one way to deal with it and that is to exercise. Working out will get you tired, which will make you sleep.. Working out will make you very hungry, which in turn, will make you eat a lot and healthy food; that will help you sleep too... Try this!!

Are you drinking anything really sugar-y or caffeinated? If so, I would completely remove those from your diet. There are some herbal teas like "Sleepy Time Tea" that may help. Meditation would be great, or playing some peaceful music may help. And exercising routinely would help with your sleep patterns.
I wouldn't eat too late at night, because your body's digestion may also keep you awake.

I don't drink caffeinated drinks. Maybe,I just have some pressure or other reason.i think i can listen some peaceful music when i ready to sleep.thank you

hey! is there any worry or problem bothering u? if yes try to sort it out in ur head so that u get some peace! another tip to get good sleep is listening to meditation tapes which u can download online. it would be 10-15mins soundtrack!
if u don't have patience for that y don't u just use your time and do some homw work or keep mylotting :) u can take naps during the day anyway right!?? hope it helps :)

maybe,im not sure . sometimes ,i told me stop ridiculous thoughts.but it is no use.maybe ,i can listen some tapes to distract attention.
