warm up your muscles to prevent injury
do some chi exercise

take proper precaution while lifting some object
use small pillow on your neck
if u have already having a back pain , then it is better u will follow doctor advice

I will do some yoga poses which strengthen our back. I kept doing the exercises 3 days in a row, my back pain eased a lot.

Thank you for your advice. But I think chi exercise should be taught by a professional, it is an absolutely difficult exercise to learn by ourselves.

Thanks for all the advice. I sometimes get backpain and cronic back pain runs through both sides of my family so this is all very good to know.
Weaing high heels is also something you may want to avoid to avoid back pain. :) Happy mylotting.
