Here are 2 comments of people who work in different places.They don't know each other.Their names will be hidden.
1st person:
"I like my boss.He's a nice person,very easy to work for,very fair.
He often asks what I think before he changes something.
If there is a problem,we talk it over.
He hardly ever gets angry.I trust him,and he trusts me.
It's a pleasure to work for him."
2nd person:
"I get on all right with my boss.She's sometimes difficult to work for,but
she's usually quite fair,and she trusts me to do my job well.
The problem is she doesn't realize how much time I need for some things,and
she gets angry when I haven't finished.Although,I don't think we gen on badly."

I work from home now so I really don't talk and deal with my boss in person. The experience is a bit different but I guess bosses act the same way all around the world. When I used to work at an office, my boss was very moody and very..well, bossy! I liked her as a person when we are hanging out outside the office but when she was in a bad mood, its like all hell broke loose.
