Breakfast

When I get up late,I don't have breakfast.And I know that a lot of yougsters don't have breakfast.Is it a bad habit and really harmful?What we should eat at breakfast to keep healthy?

Well, I actually always want to skip breakfast, but my mother never let me. We cannot go out of the house if we haven't eaten breakfast. Well, our breakfast is always rice and some fried food. My mother really wants us to have heavy breakfasts everyday.

I don't really like breakfast either but my mom force us to eat something in the morning. So usually just eat a slice of bread and fruit, I don't like eating a lot in the morning, my stomach don't feel comfortable and if I eat much I will feel sleepy which really not good for me.

"they" say that having a good breakfast is important for overall health... all I know that back when I never ate breakfast, I didn't have trouble with my weight like I do now. I think there's far too much importance being placed on when we eat. Three meals a day isn't even natural, when you think about it.

Nothing wrong with peanut butter and whole wheat for a quick starter. Peanut butter has protein and fiber, and whole wheat also has fiber. I wouldn't want to have it every day though, because of the saturated fat.
Add some fruit and yogurt or milk and you have a complete meal.

Hi,april!You and i are the same.I just woke up..If i have no classes in the morning,i will get up very late and don't have breakfast.I'm sure that's a bad habit.My mother tell me ,eat an egg every morning is good for our health.
