Drinking coffee and more will just you make it need it more and crave it. Is there a reason you can't wake up and go to work naturally? Everytime you will want it more and more and when you run out you will feel worse then not having it each morning Do you think this is not effecting or effecting?

I must admit that I can't put my system on in the morning if I haven't start it with a cup of black coffee. And I've been doing it more than half of my life. Every time I see someone having a coffee or I smell the aroma, I can't help it but to make my own cup. It's so addictive and it really perks up my senses. There are times that when I forgot to drink coffee during breaks, my head's starting to ache, even I take paracetamol it won't go away, but when I drink my coffee...it will be gone in a while. Guess, my system is used to drinking coffee that's why if I miss a cup, my head aches and I'm a little stressed.

It's not just the caffeine's effect that makes it so tempting. It's the taste, the smell, the very thought of having coffee slowly, taking time to savor it. I love my coffee simple - black, with a little brown sugar. But lately I have switched to decaf because it allows me to have more coffee than what my body allows me to have (which is around 3 cups a day, and now I get more). Coffee is generally good, so long as taken in moderate amounts. I just hate the idea of it contributing to tooth stain. Well that's what the whitening toothpaste is there for, isn't it...
