According to my daughters, today is our cat's birthday. Be honest with you, I don't remember at all when her birthday. So we went to get new cat's toys and a bag of cat's treat.
Is it make me like a bad pet's owner because I don't remember the pet birthday. And if you do have pet/pets do you remember their birthday and celebrate it too?

We have three pets in our home and to be honest, I only know about which month all of them were born in, I don't know their true birthdays at all. So, I don't even celebrate their birthdays. It doesn't bother me either because they don't know the difference. However, when it is Christmas time I do try to get something for them from us like a bag of treats or a new toy or something like that. I don't think that it makes you a bad pet owner at all that you do not celebrate their birthdays.

When I had my dog, I always remembered his birthday, but we didn't celebrate, because he was a dog, and dogs don't care about that.
For your daughters can be some special time celebrate their pet's birthday, but you don't remember that date don't makes you a bad pet's owner. Be cool.
