hi rhya, Is it for verification of your paypal account? I don't think they will, because six months ago I've sent them an inquiry regarding my account verification because I was hesitant to give-out my credit card details. Since my ATM is mastercard I thought it was good enough. But according to them, they only accept credit card or debit card where it has a "pin" that they use for verification. It was a bit weird but I decided to give-out my credit card details instead. If you want to read the details I got from them I searched it on my previous email. Here it is; *********************** [i]Thank you for contacting PayPal. Hello, my name is Ruby Jean. I understand that you are having difficulties in adding your card on file and I do apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you. As much as I would love to let you add your card, I apologize but the system will not allow me to do so. As per security, the system requires you to add a card with the 3 digit pin number. In this case, I recommend that you add a different card. I'll be glad to hear from you if you need clarification, just contact us as we try our best to give you immediate answers. Thank you for choosing PayPal for your online payment needs. We appreciate your business. Sincerely, Ruby Jean PayPal, an eBay Company Copyright © 1999-2009 PayPal. All rights reserved. Yes sure. But with regards to verification I don't think they will and for sure they will not. With regards to debit account, they usually accept it but not all debit cards are acceptable...an example that I know of is ~ Union Bank Debit Card. It has 3 digit pin that you can use for verification. They certainly allow it. Maybe, let's just wait for her response if shes referring to verification. Happy Lotting!

Maybe the right question is if Paypal be able to transfer my fund to my Bank account? It doesn't really matter if it is and ATM account or not as long you have a Bank account and Paypal accepts it. For my experience i'm using an atm from a certain Bank and was successfully able to receive funds from my Paypal account.

The verification process of paypal consist's in sending you two small amounts of cash (in my case 4 and 7 cents) and the only thing you need to doo is to check these transfer and comunicate to paypal the amount of these transfers to aprove it . So if your bank has an online website which permits you to check the salary on your account and the transfers than you're ready to confirm your account .
