According to the producer's Twitter "Darkchild (Rodney Jerkins, he was meeting with Britney's manager, Larry Rudolph, yesterday (07 April).
In February this year, the producer was also in studio with K. Briscoe (composer of "Womanizer"), which has recently been working on demos for the new album of Britney and details about the project.
He also produced the hit "Telephone" Lady GaGa - which came to be offered to integrate the album "Circus" Britney.

Yes, and when Britney's label did not take telephone, Gaga revived it and included in the fame monster album and she was supposed to do this song with Britney spears but the label of Britney wanted to add the track as well on Britney's singles collection if she will be collaborating with Gaga, so lady gaga collaborated with Beyonce instead.
Too Bad, I hope that Lady Gaga and Britney do a collaboration, it would definitely be a hit!
