wake up people do you real think the government have your best hope at hand, the first black president is trying to show you how the government is really run but we want wake the f up. please dont over look every ideal this man has made just because of his skin, you voted 4 him too make a change dont stop him in the middle of his progress. bush f us up for 8 years and it will take 12 years to fix it. so let this man start the progress that is so badly needed. lets start with health care reform even a dog should have that right. tell me what you think? you will never have a president thats this smart in the white house ever.

No, I don't think that the government has our best interests at heart. I think that those who govern us are only in it for what's in it for them and only care about perpetuating themselves. I voted for Barack Obama but I've aleady lost hope. He talked a good game but at the end of the day, he's just like the rest of them. I agree that we need health care reform but the watered down version that has the rubber stamp of the insurance industry isn't the kind of reform that we need. The insurance company that I do business with increased my premium by over 16%. I believe in anticipation of reform happening. Now, stop and think. What business in today's economic climate other than the insurance industry can raise their rates by double digits and still have a captive audience. They're happy to take your premiums every month but when you need them to pay out, you have to fight tooth and nail for what you're entitled to. DH got very sick 15 months ago and the insurance company is still going back over claims that they paid and reversing payments. I've spent 15 months fighting with them instead of giving my full attention to getting DH well again.
