Jeff Hardy, as a part of Hardy Boyz, Tag Team specialist is known for his risk-taker acrobatic moves, Agile and smart in techniques, which is amazing and enjoy to watch.
Rey Mysterio, this man is know for his mask, high flying moves, his athletical nature, technical skill that enjoy to watch, and some of his moves are risk-taker too
i like both of them, but i prefer Jeff for the coolest in technical moves.
How bout you?

I would have to say that Rey has the more technical style while Jeff Hardy is just a high flyer. Dont get me wrong they both can put on amazing performances but if you want to talk scientific here that would be Rey Mysterio no doubt hands down.

Both of them are rather entertaining in the ring. Very fun to watch and have had more classic matches than I can count on them on one hand. If I had just two DVDs, with the best of Jeff Hardy on one and the best of Rey Mysterio on the other, I think I would be rather entertained. However, who is the better technical wise?
I'm going to have to go with Rey myself. Rey just seems more grounded a lot of the times in his style. He had to be, because he has messed up knees. You can't really do springboards off the top rope to the floor every night with knee injuries. Sure, Rey still breaks out the high flying moves every now and again and they're still amazing. Still watching 1996 Rey and 2010 Rey is pretty much night and day. I think Rey is actually better now from a technician wrestling standpoint where when he first showed up in WCW he was better from a high flying daredevil standpoint.
A lot of Jeff Hardy's best matches involve him jumping off of really high places. Granted, they are amazing jumps off of really high places. However, there are many matches where he has proven that he can do more than that. There was a period for a few years where he was not as well rounded, but ever since his second WWE stint, he's really picked things up and had many amazing matches, that blended the insane high flying and the technical wrestling. Still Rey is just a little better, but really, not being as good as Rey is no shame at all.
