What is Best Way To Lose Weight, Diet-Wise??

I actually haven't started a diet scheme. I've heard, though that the best way to lose weight where food is concerned is to manage your meals. Small frequent meals. I've tried to do that. But I'm not even sure what I should be eating in the first place. Is it okay if i keep eating rice (because you know, it really is a staple where I come from) or do is bread better? Or are they just the same? I have to have carbs one way or the other. And while I'm at it, how to I exercise? Hope you guys can help me! Thanks!

Small meals every few hours are good. You want to try to get protein- it helps build lean muscle. Chicken, almonds, peanuts.... those are all good sources of protein.
There are various ways of exercising. If you have a gym membership, go lift weights (just be careful!!) or use a treadmill or stationary bike. Just start off slow. If you don't, you can just go on a walk or jog. You want to get your heart rate up to burn calories.

this one is definitely helpful.
small meals every now and then totaling 6 meals a day.
before you know it you'll be a lean, mean volleyball machine

I'm asian, and from philippines too.
For my experience, eating less really didn't work. Healthy diet with exercise is the only solution.
Do not skip breakfast. Also, try not to eat rice at night or during supper. i know it's hard for the first couple of days. but you'll get use to it.
If you really can't avoid rice, just take a small amount and eat before 6pm,
And most importantly, do not seat after you eat. remain standing for 30 min.
