If you don't talk about it

Then it's not happening right? Or at least you can pretend it's not. Are you guilty of this? not talking about it so it doesn't seem real? Do you find it helps?

it depends for me. first i'll just see how it will go if i don't talk about it. if it got solve then that's it~! but if the problem stays i'll try to talk about it. Communication is the best upon understanding people. ^^

This is exactly how i am. I don't really talk about problems. Only those that really needed some attention. I don't talk about it cuz i think it's no big deal. That's it. I just ignore it to oblivion if the problem can't really affect my life.

For 52 years I've been trying this trick. It's never worked for me. Maybe somewhere, somehow it's worked for some one else...but never me. I think that the old adage 'Seeing is believing' trumps 'Don't believe anything you hear'. At least for me. but won't stop me from trying, maybe one of these days... Usually the best I can hope for in delaying the inevitable is to put a slight spin on the story, hoping I won't look as foolish as I feel over what ever the event was.

If that something important, i don't find it helps if i just keep it by my side. pretending just make it worst. I don't seem i have the way out, it is better for me to talk it and try to solve it.
