Which one would you agree, "love means accepting the person for who they are and never change them," or love means changing something about yourselves for the sake of the person you love."

I think both of them, What I mean was there are part of your love one that you need to accept and never change them if it will be the best for you both. While there are part of your partner or yourself that needs to be change for the sake of your love. It means that there should be a balance of everything, a give and take relationship so that you will have happy relationship. But I know that there are certain things that a relationship should undergo with such as trials and problems. But love means for me are accepting and understanding then both should adjust to each other likes and dislikes.

I agree with everything you said, love is not just accepting accepting all your partners flaws and failures but it's also means changing something about yourself, especially the way you look at things, changing yourself to cater and complement your partner. According to the two things you have mentioned , for me love is changing ourselves for the sake of the person you love.I believe in this.Love changes the life.If you love a person and changing things for them is good and definitely not bad.I will change myself for the person I love.Because it is love.

Yeah, love is sacrifice and if you truly love the person you're willing to sacrifice something about yourselves and you place your happiness to that person. It's not easy but that's love supposed to be. For the sake of love you're going to keep happiness and peace on both of you and to keep those things needs a lot of adjustment and changes. for me love means accepting the person for who they are. if you really love someone love him or her as a whole. do not only love the positive side of your partner but also the negative side. if you love your partner just because of the good personality and character you also love the bad side.

That's fall into a category of unconditional love, not asking for a return and loving someone because you love them and not because you can get something from them. I agree with this "Love means changing something about yourselves for the sake of the person you love",meaning someone should sacrifices for better and strong relationship,which is the output of love.

Yeah, love means changing something about yourselves, it's all about making sacrifices for the sake of the one you love, for the sake of your relationship and that means, quitting those vices or changing bad attitudes and spend more time with your family.
