How will I gain weight fast?

I have a problem gaining weight. Maybe its in the genes, but I really want to gain weight. What possible ways can I do, or foods to eat to help me gain weight?

Well the quickest way to gain weight is probably to eat lipids without exercise. Although this could get you fat very quickly you would have an increased risk of obesity and diabetes so it would not be a very good choice. What i recommend is to intake a good amount of "healthy" calories. A good way to increase the amount of calories is to eat starchy vegetables, drink fruit juice (usually have high calories), and eat dark chocolates (has good antioxidants). Finally don't suddenly start to intake huge amounts of food, gradually increase the amount.

oh honey!! you are so lucky!!! if i were you, i'd be so happy.. O.O anyways, in my case, i love to eat rice. we asian people really love to eat rice. like 3 times a day!! So that would be my advice to you. If you are not a fun of rice, just eat it once a day.. for supper..

To gain weight, you must eat healthy food, a good meal with a meat, a fruit and vegetable and a dairy product at every meal. Do a little exercice about 3-4 per week, yes, exercice is not only for people who want to lose weight, you can do musculation. Eat food which contain a lot of proteins, you can take a gainer too it will help you to gain weight. Good luck. Are you ectomorph? (People who have thin bones and don't achieve to gain weight). Do you eat a lot, do you sleep a lot?

hello! I think that the best way to gain weight fast is if you do some really hard diets, but it is really not recommended and healthy and I think no one should do diets like that, because they are really very unhealthy for the organism!

Most of the time people have problem losing weight. You are lucky that you want to gain weight. I believe it would be effective to consume a lot of carbohydrates like rice and potatoes. I guess you cane eat more than what you consume than usual.

I have one solution for you, my friend... Start exercising... Jogging and a little work out in the gymnasium. It will increase your appetite, which will make you eat more and eat healthy... That way, I am sure you will be able to gain weight... Good Luck!

In order to gain, I think you must increase your calorie intake. You could start off probably by eating more healthy foods which increase your calorie intake. Healthy fats include omega-3 essential fatty acids sources like tuna, salmon and walnuts. Good sources of protein can be from lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts and seeds. Carbohydrate sources include fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Protein powder and some nutritional supplement may help in weight gain too. :)

It sounds silly, but take weight loss products or protein shakes and eat them with meals instead of as a replacement. It will bulk you up faster. If you do not exercise carbohydrates will do the trick. If you do exercise eat more protein, and healthy foods. Do not eat junk food it will help you gain weight, but not muscle, so I would exercise to build muscle with more protein. this is only an oppinion weight gain works differently for different people this may not work for you, but I would try it. Eat five times a day with a lot of carbs and do some body building exercise made me grew bigger. And after studying hard, I always eat a lot too. Those are my successful method

Do you mind my asking why exactly you want to gain weight? Are you too underweight (in the unhealthy way) and extremely skinny or something? I dont suggest you concentrate on gaining or losing weight ever and just concentrate on being healthy. Try setting in palce a routine of exercise (not neccessarily a workout). Take a walk every night or go for a run three times a week or take up tae bo and yoga a few times a week. Food is the other step (you can try to do both in either way but food is usually the first one). You need to try to meet your countires healthy food list (or whatever you want to call it, pyramid, whatever) and try to eat less junk or whatever each day,. If you are the type of person who is skinnier and eats almost only junk food or food that is bad for you (too much sugars, acids, fats, etc.) then whats happening is your body has become adapted to it and therefore you will not gain weight from it. But if you are healthy and balanced your weight will no longer be an issue. Either physically or mentally. Happy mylotting and good luck. :)
