Do you respond to the responses of your questions ?

I've been here just a couple of days and rarely see a response to a response. Those dicussions I prefer, yet they fizzle out so soon. Too soon.

most people here just start meaningless discussions to get more posts. they might post comments like "Thanks for your reply" but not usually anything that suggestst they actually read through the replies. why should they? all they care about is the numbers. grrr.

I agree. In just the little time I've spent here, age, love life, marraige status, etc, seem to be most important. I truly want to hear intelligent comments on other topics....I've started a few and am grateful to those that said more than ten words.

So far I've spent most of my time either reading new discussions or responding to people who post in my few discussions. I also notice that I must read well what I write before posting. :)
