Do you guys research on bioinformatics or clustering

Hi friends, these days, I am exhausted by my research work. I am focusing on bioinformatics, specifically, making research on the detection of consensus copy number aberrant regions. We have a large-scale data set, high dimentional but the size of the sample is not large. we doubt that the data set has several clusters, i.e., divide the data set into several subgroups, but we have not found a suitable method to do that. you know, for most of the traditional clustering algorithms, it is very difficult to make correct clusters for the sample of small size but high dimention. Could you please introduce some good clustering methods for doing this job? thank you very much in advance.
