survey sites

Does anyone else here complete surveys to get extra money? I have found some that are good, but the thing that I find frustrating is that sometimes I go through almost the entire survey and then it says, "unfortunatly you are not qualified to complete the survey." Well, I just gave 20 minutes of my time so I would feel like I should get something.

I know how it feels, I also did this one survey and when I submitted it, it says "sorry but this survey is unavailable in your area"! Don't you just wanna scream? If they had informed from the start that I am not qualified to take the survey then I would not have done it and wasted my time. I signed up for many legitimate survey sites but up until now I have not received any survey from any of them. The one survey I did was from a hoax company!

I am on many survey sites. Some time they do the same thing to me to when you get half way through them. But I still work on the survey sites because they do help with extra income and some of them you earn points to get things with. Some can handle working on survey sites some can't. But I have had some survey sites send me things in the mail and I do what they want me to do and I get payed for it. I have had short surveys and long surveys. Like 10 minute ones and longest is 40 minutes.

I have made a little money with them also. However, I did not know that you could have stuff sent through the mail. I need to try that.

You will have to add me as a friend then message me and I can tell you some of the sites. As soon as I get your messages I will send them. You may be on some of the sites then again you may not be on the same ones. I will wait for you to reply to me then I will reply back.

Hi, friend. That's something i ran into numerous times when i tried to earning by taking surveys a long time ago. I remember i was always excited when i got surveys as it was impossible to receive surveys every day. You know about this, right? I took the survey with great care but most of the time i just ended up being informed that i was not qualified for the survey. Such a thing happened so many times that i got so annoyed and i quit all of them. I never try to earn in survey sites afterwards.

I'm part of many survey sites as well. I know what you mean when you say that you almost done with a survey and then it states that you don't qualify anymore for it. I believe that this is happening for a number of reasons, one being that the survey reached its number of respondents based on how you answered the survey itself. My suggestion will be that when you get a survey from any survey site, respond to it as soon as possible, and 9 out of 10 times you will succesfully complete the survey. This is based on my experience and I hope it helps.

I do Greenfield Online which now Tluna, and that same thing happens with them. The only one I found that will let me do all the surveys is pinecone research, but not sure they are taking any more members. I have been with them several years, and they always pay, the next day, after completion of the survey. They used to pay me by check, but now they pay me by paypal. It is the best survey site I have ever seen, and I will continue to do them as long as they keep sending me surveys. Each survey is worth $3, so it all adds up in the end. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I know. I checked out pinecone but like you said, I do not think they are taking new members. Lightspeed is not bad, but you still do not qualify for a lot of their surveys. I made about 10.00 last month with them.

Sadly you are not alone in your experience. I personally belong to many survey sites, some pay cash others are for points that you may trade when you have enough...for either cash or gifts. I always tell people that the more survey sites you belong to, the better chance you have of qualifying. The last one I qualified for was over in less than 10 minutes...I was paid $2....it struck me funny as I have spent longer not qualifying

Hi sbryan, Yes, I know what you mean. I think you actually take the survey and they do not want to credit you for it. I believe all it takes is a couple of questions to find out if you qualify. I do not do them any more.

I know. I think, ok, they could have asked one question to learn that I do not qualify.

I have done many of them and from several sites. What I have found is that you will normally qualify for no more than about 20% of them depending on your demographic. Also, watch for OTX surveys which appear on many sites. If you do qualify and complete one, you can't take any more for the day regardless of the site you are on - I avoid them now because their qualifier rate is worse than average and you can spend a lot of time trying to get qualified and never get there. Good Luck

I have always been skeptical with survey sites. I'm always wondering how they can pay me when the products that they are mostly promoting are not even available in my country. My instinct is somehow true but I am still open to that kind of paying site.

I hate it, when it says that it's 100% free to do, but then it costs something to register on the site or something. I haven't trusted surveys for a long time, because they have NEVER paid me (I haven't been paid from any site yet so let's hope that I'll get something from myLot). If someone has a good, working, free, international survey site, then please tell me about it :D
