No idea if this has been posted before or not, but it seemed fit to place it on mylot
I shouldn't need to explain the thorough rage pulsing through my body at this point... but i will anyway.
What right... no, what sanity do the chauvanistic pigs have to start seeing miscarriages as a crime against humanity... as an arrestable offence? If a woman felt stable in her community... felt heard, equal and valued then she would nopt need to go to such extremes to have a miscarriage. But what about alll the women that don't intentionally cause miscarriages... it could become from having a low immune system, oooor eatting something wrong... or a bad knock to the stomach, a fall etc! Anything! And it can be interpretated as a crime under this law? It's shocking! There're murderers, rapists, paedophiles etc crookedly roaming the streets... and they are concernign themselves with the private and natural aspects of a female (and the male's') life!
Truly shocking!
Happpy mylotting x let me know what you think!

I'm gonna try and be nice and just tell you, you have NO IDEA what you're talking about. I strongly suggest you research such a topic before posting a thread on it. Your link didn't work, but it wouldn't matter if it did, since it looks like you just used a blog.
Here's a site that actually explains what the bill is and why it was written.
http://abcnews.go.com/Health/utah-abortion-bill-punishing-miscarriages-preventing-crime/story?id=9955517
And here's the bill itself.
http://le.utah.gov/~2010/bills/hbillint/hb0462.pdf
Now that you have the appropriate information, we'll discuss what this bill does. It makes fair, what was previously a very sexist law that put a man in jail for 5 years after a girl paid him to beat her in the hopes of causing a miscarriage. The girl didn't get so much as a slap on the wrist.
What this bill does is simply modify the law so that both the man AND the woman would be prosecuted for this crime. Women should be thrilled that this bill contributes to the equality they always want.

i did research it... but i'll admit to it being early in the morning, and i was more irate with the comments people were posting about it elsewhere...which perhaps flavoured my view. Thankyou for correcting me.
Hmm idk... if they were given the opportunity to have an abortion instead of doing dangerous acts of violence which not only harms the baby, but themselves... then they wouldnt NEED a law like this? Isnt it the choice to have an abortion the equalising part of this situation
