What do you think about what President Obama said?
Do his words inspire you in any way?
What do you think can possibly happen if he speaks Chinese?

I am inspired by everything Obama says. He has a command on the English language, is very eloquent, and has a command on getting our country to a better place. That he openly admits he is embarrassed that he only speaks one language even further inspires me. A lot of people want to be bilingual, or even multi-lingual. I think it is advantageous to learn multiple languages.
I think it would be super cool if he learned Chinese, though the smear campaigns would spin it that he is selling our country to the Chinese communists, or some other such nonsense that his opponents spread around these days.

Totally agree to what you commented. It is indeed advantageous to learn languages.
If he spoke Chinese, I think that may impress the Chinese for a while :)
Ha, what a twist, with the freedom-of-speech thingy running out of control nowadays, anything can happen. I am preety sure the presses will have lots to say too, not to mention the opposition (there is no lack of such, for good or bad or no reason).
