I quit my job today

Fist i admir you very much that you have the courage to change your job, i am thinking about this all the time,just like your advice to me,we are young now,we still have more to face and to experience,now you are a good example to me,i will plan my changing!But i must ask you a qustion that what you have done before changing,if you have done enough preparation befor your quiting?

Hi, friend. I'm not going to say that you did right or wrong to quit your job. I believe you have every reason for doing that. As long as you think it's right and you'll get more benefit from quitting it, then go ahead and do it.

It is really sad parting with you old job but we have to accept the fact that we cannot be there forever. As individuals, we need to improve ourselves so whenever someone quits a job, we must encourage them to do their best on their next field and if they are done doing their best, then we must encourage them to reach for a higher goal.

I have started thinking about that because I have been with this company for more than three years. They haven't given a good salary hike to me. I should hunt opportunities outside. its good that you have decided to have a change for urself, it happens that though you have a good job and good people with you, but when the routine is same all the time....then you get bored, and its necessary that you go for another job ...or life becomes stagnant..i hope that you will get a good opportunity than this one and you get to do good things which are of your choice...

You did the right thing. But inorder to start a business or some thing you need to find the capital amount. I have another suggestion that you might continue your job and start your business. If you are in loss the job will support you.

The reason why you quit your job has not been stated properly..however,it appears that you wanted to change your job as may be it was becoming a bit monotonous for you or maybe you wanted to update yourself with another job..What do you think right now?Do you feel that another job in a different company will satisfy your need?Do you want to be self-employed?I can feel the emotion of yours..the emotion you felt while leaving your mates in the office but at the same time I want to congratulate you as you didn't lose your focus and didn't allow emotions to take place of reason..I am sure that you will be able to succeed in whatever endeavour you undertake and wish you all the best.

Just half a month ago,I was induldged in emotional wreck,becuase I coundn't find a place that extremly fit me.Actually there is some job position for me,but I give them up,becuase I didn't get happy from them.But everything was calm down when I went to Shenzhen to start my second job since my graduation in 2009.So want I believe in is following with your our felling when you stand at the crossroad.
