Do you believe that the world is about to end in 2012?

Do you ever notice that the common theme of movies today are about the interpretations of the pending doom in 2012?
The thought of the world ending doesn't scare me but the process does. I don't want to serve as a dinner for cannibals, not being able to take a bath and eat cheeseburger!!! It is unfair to suffer consequences created by greedy, rich people.
I saw 11th hour and witness the destruction of our nature little b little. It is very sad that this rich people doesn't care, they want to add more money on their billions dollar money. How can a person spend too much money? How are they able to live life with so much and other people has none...? on top of that the effect of their riches make poor people poorer.
I think their riches is eating them up day by day... the thought of being poor scares them that they will do anything to not lose thei power. The license to kill, and destroy lives...
When the end of the world happens,will I still have time to get angry or pray?
I wonder...
I guess, whatever happens we should prepare...Physically, mentally and spiritually...

i don t believe in this nonsense. it s either a worldwide prank or a false information to make people wake up and live their lives right. to make you think twice about your decisions, whether you re choosing the right ones already, and to make you repent for your sins.

Hello fronvisions, good evening. That's really true, those movies are just making our life confused and afraid of things like that. Movies are the great factor to influence our ordinary life. IF there are calamities happening they keep on saying that its the end of the world, that the movie is really. But those are just creative imaginary of the writer although he was influenced by the bible. But I still don't believe that it was stated in the bible.

yeah. you shouldn t believe. but still, we have to live life to it s fullest. im trying to enjoy mine. i really do like to live despite some issues in the past..

GOD says in the bible no man knows the time or the hour when Jesus returns..I WILL wait for him to come in the clouds to take me home..all the men then predicted the end times at a certain date got fooled..we need to turn our attention to God..not on what man says.

It can come anytime, no matter what..it could come on that date..people are nervous most likely because they do not know Christ as their Savior...so many have predicted the end of the world but it never happened..now when God says its going to happen then we listen..even God in heaven doesn't give dates for the end of time..so what makes man give dates..

Actually I don't really believe that the world is going to end in 2012 but maybe something or the other dreadful can happen. Maybe it can be falling meteorites or whatever. Who knows. So, as you said we need to be prepared for it as it can happen anytime. And I too think that how can this rich people be so mean that they are destroying the nature just because of their so called needs. They only think that they are the only ones living in this world. The rich people are the only ones who worsen the situations, even if they are getting controlled. If the rich people think positively and not be mean, selfish and too proud of themselves and save every gift of nature, then surely the world won't end in 2012 itself. The world may end anytime. What we just need to do is to be prepared and save every gift of nature as much as possible!

I have just read today that a boy was killed in Afghanistan. Yes it sounds killed but according to the soldier, the boy appeared sad and wishing to die. For this boy its not 2012 that's the end of the world but 2010. Doomsday is false in his case.

I don`t believe in that and i thing that it will be very interesting to see when nothing hapes in 2012 what will say the people then. At first the end of the world had to be in 2000 I thing now it`s in 2012 and then what it will be in 2050? That`s realy stupid some people will be crazy at 2012 about all this tallking i thing that there is no need someone to tell when is the end of the world.

I dont think the world will end. I do however strongly believe that ugly things will happen as they already are. Nostradamus predicted all of these things, and he was never wrong... Who knows...

No i dont think so. i think there is all these things only rumours and for tv channels these things are the matter to earn and increase more TRPs. i dont think we are going to vanish out so early and even if it is ever possible i am sure there will be no warning bell for that.

I don't know about that..maybe at that time people will know how to use their time better. As I see it, in 2012 there will be many disasters if we continue our ways destroying natures. But being eaten by cannibals?..What an imagination...so I guess we should toughen our bodies as well huh?

It's scary to see these movies depicting the end of the world. I watched "2012" and the whole time I was screaming. The scenes were so scary and so realistic. I hate for that year to come although there had been similar predictions in the past which didn't happen. I just wish that this grim prediction will be reversed.

That's true. People are talking about earthquakes, tsunami, flash floods and other natural calamities. Here in my country, there were frequent flash floods happening here. And in other countries, earthquakes are common. And the weather here is completely different. It becomes hotter and hotter that cause irritation on my skin and in my eyes. I think that someday, it would be uncomfortable to live here on earth. For the rich people, they have the ability to live comfortably for they own lots of money. That is very unfair.

I agree with you, it's scary isn't it? The thought of "end of the world" creeps me out. But I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon, probably not in 2012 yet. But it will come for a fact. It's obvious. The Earth is deteriorating and it's questionable how is our human race going to survive. Anyway I only pray that when that time comes, it won't be so hard for me and my family. No famines, wars, extreme suffering...I guess we should feel lucky that most of our daily problems in life are not as big as that yet for now.

As far as I am concerned, I think I do not believe it at all that the world will be ended in 2012. I think it is the movie said that. It will not be true that year. But if people just do not take good care of the environment, I think it will come true in the future days.

Not really true. why do we believe this things anyway. they say 2000 is the end, and many years have been said to be the end. No body knows when it will end. Only God knows.

I personally do not believe that the world is going to end in 2012. Just because years and years ago the Mayans believed this, it doesn't make it true. 2012 is only two years away and it's barely going to be different than right now. Remember the millenium? Everyone said all this crazy stuff was going to happen and then it never did. People like to make up a sense of impending doom because they have nothingn else to do. One person says something, then they tell other people, and then the whole thing spirals into a ridiculous mess. No need to prepare for 2012. Ofcourse i'm no psychic, but I know nothing is going to happen. We should all know this.
