Pls. Help!

Filipino MyLotters: I had encountered problems in withdrawing my earning in Paypal. I am using Union Bank EON and recently requested withdrawal. Unfortunately, it was not credited and Paypal deducted Php 250.00 from the money I've requested and returned the rest in my account. I did something wrong here and can't figure it out. Can you please help me how to withdraw properly and avoid the penalty the next time I withdraw again? Thank you in advance.

hi joseline0568 I am also using Union Bank EON. The best thing you should do is contact the union bank customer service and ask them on the procedure on how to withdraw your earning. I think they have a minimum amount before you can withdraw if its below minimum you will be charge 50 pesos by Union Bank. and another thing make sure all your detail you submit to paypal are correct if some info are incorrect you will be also charge by paypal.
