Citibank played a dirty trick today by declining my card despite i have made payments on Time, They did not have the courtesy to call me and tell me that my card will be declined. Any of you who have faced this same problem , please reply , any of you who have got harrassed by citibank officials , reply now , i,m am planning to gather customer views and send it to Vikram Pandit who is the CEO of citibank.
