I am a HUGE johnny depp fan..which movie do you think johnny was at his BEST?

I liked him in "Donnie Brasco" you know the one with Al Pacino where he was undorcover FBI agent and I liked him in the... what was the name Sweeney Todd. He was hilarious in that one. However, I did not see all his movies but so far these are my favorites.

You're right, he was really great in that film. I don't like watching it, though. It tends to bum me out. I don't think I can say which movie he was at his best because there's so many to choose from. But I loved him in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I think the movie Benny and Joon gets overlooked a lot, but I think he was great in that movie, too. Other great ones I think ...Secret Window, Chocolat, Edward Scissorhands, Cry Baby...There's just too many!

Johnny Depp's performance in "The Libertine" was amazing, it's one of my favourites but then again, Jack Sparrow ........... brilliant

Well he is great and excellent actor who has not been recognized yet. He needs to be recognized and appreciated with an award.He is the best in Pirates.

I enjoyed "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" the most. He is brilliant and just hilarious by playing the wacky author of the actual book. It is a strange movie but performed brilliantly in my opinion. I recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
